Traditional or Bench-Grafted Plant
Placed in the nursery in May, after grafting and stratification, this vine plant follows its growth cycle in open ground. Harvested in autumn, it is then sorted, pruned to 2 buds, waxed, and packaged to be delivered in either autumn or spring. The rootstock size, generally 30 cm, can be adjusted according to specific needs.
Plant in Biodegradable Plug
This is a bench-grafted plant from the current year which, after being sorted and pruned to two buds, is wrapped in a fabric made from biodegradable starch. The advantage of this process is that any type of substrate (organic matter, Mycorrhizae, etc.) can be directly incorporated during planting, remaining in contact with the roots for several years.
Plant in Super Pot
This is an 18-month-old bench-grafted plant, whose second vegetative cycle takes place in a greenhouse in 1-liter pots. Its already established growth and well-developed root system allow for better establishment, especially in cases of interplanting in old plots. Additionally, a potting soil enriched with organic matter ensures optimal growth during the first years.
Potted Plant
After being grafted and stratified, this plant follows its vegetative cycle directly in the greenhouse. Once the growth is well-developed and the root system is significant enough, it is delivered directly in its biodegradable pot starting in July.
